Do you have a minimum rental amount?

We require a minimum $100 order

do you offer delivery?

Yes! Our delivery fee for larger items is $250 within a 20 mile radius. It includes delivery, set up and pick up.

After 20 miles we will charge a $3/mile one time travel fee. We prefer to deliver and pickup on the same day and, if on different day, additional fees may apply. Holiday fees may also apply. An extra charge of $100 will be added to basic deliveries and packages for an after midnight pick-up.

how do i reserve my pieces?

Once you have been given the quote and accept the invoice, your pieces will be reserved when the contract and the deposit are received. Your pieces are not reserved until all of this has been returned to MTB Designs Co.

what if something happens to my rental items?

If the items are lost or come back damaged/broken so that we cannot
repair or clean them, your credit card will be charged 4-5 times the cost of the rental fee for that item.
